The AES Round 2 is in Dardanelle, Arkansas at Mt. Nebo State Park!
The race is rated by 3 factors from 1-5 with increasing intensity. | Skill-TBD | Fitness-TBD | Gnar-TBD
This is a one-day event with up to 7 stages and around 20 miles of riding. All enduro Racers will race on Sunday.
A one-day event means there will be racing on race day (Sunday in this case) only and most pre-riding will be done on Saturday. All Racers, regardless of age or category, will race the same course and stages. There will B line options for more difficult areas – or walk anything you do not feel comfortable riding. Stages must be completed in order, and only one time, unless otherwise noted.
To keep our production quality high there will be a cap on number of Racers. Once that number has been reached registration will be closed. If it is at least three days prior to the race a Wait List will be created (see Wait List section). Plan accordingly and register as soon as possible so you do not miss out. The Chinelos Morelenses Unidos en Arkansas, a Mexican American dance group from Springdale, will perform fast-paced traditional dances while wearing colorful and elaborately decorated costumes. The dances' origins lie deep in the Mexican state Morelos, dating back more than two centuries. The dancers will speak about the inspiration they gather from nature and the Buffalo River area.

Guest Speaker: Kyle Brewer
Kyle Brewer, BS, PRPS, is the Peer Specialist Program Manager for NAADAC, the Association for Addiction Professionals. He works for NAADAC remotely from Little Rock, AR, managing the Arkansas Peer Specialist Program. He oversees the development and implementation of an innovative three-tier credentialing process (Core, Advanced, Supervision) for the Arkansas Peer Support Model.
Brewer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Addiction Studies from the University of Central Arkansas in 2013. He went on to use his lived experience with drug and alcohol addiction to become a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, where he became the first Peer Recovery Specialist in Arkansas to be stationed in an emergency department. He led the development and implementation of this position at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and multiple hospitals across the state.
In 2020, he became one of the first ten Certified Peer Support Supervisors in Arkansas. Brewer is a trainer on a variety of topics, including Peer Support, Peer Supervision and Family Opioid Response Narcan Training. He serves on numerous committees and boards to develop and strengthen the Arkansas Model and improve peer support services across the United States. Most recently, he was awarded the 2021 Arkansas Peer Leadership Award which acknowledges and celebrates exemplary leadership that has significant and positive impact on advancing the peer movement and practices of the peer support profession.
