Beginner Squirrel Hunt

Ponca Nature Center

This event will walk participants through the ins and outs of squirrel hunting on public land. All firearms and ammunition will be provided for participants. Please dress weather appropriate as we will be actively hunting in the field. Participants will meet at the Ponca Nature Center to make game totes, discuss squirrel hunting aspects, and then participate in a mentored squirrel hunt on Buffalo National River WMA.

Scenarios! We are going to train your brain on what to do during a crisis. We are going to help speed up your decision-making process so that you can make the right choice under a tremendous amount of stress!

A presentation by Firearms Legal Protection will be included. They will provide attendees with valuable resources.

Obtaining the Arkansas Permit: how to obtain your permit.

Ages 14+ are welcome in the event.

Salem UMC Conway, AR

Santa is coming to visit Salem UMC! Drop in 4-5:30pm on Sunday, December 18th to see Santa and take your own pictures. We will also have hot cocoa, cookie decorating and crafts available! This is a free event, open to the community. All are welcome!
