60th Annual Autumn Color Tour

Bradley Park

The 60th Annual Autumn Color tour will originate at Bradley Park in Jasper, Arkansas. Tour registration and morning refreshments will begin at 8 am with the tour welcome at 8:30 am. Buses will leave promptly at 9:00 am and return at approximately 3:00 pm.

The route this year will include stops at the Bradley House Museum, Color Fest in Ponca, Beechwood Cemetary in Boxley Valley with a presentation from Misty Langdon, the Walnut community, and local craftsman Jack Kelly's woodworking shop in Parthenon and downtown Jasper. (The route is subject to change should presenters become unavailable, to weather, or road conditions.)

Color Fest

Ponca Nature Center

Join us for our annual Color Fest Event on October 21-22. Hours are 10:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. both days. Vendors will be set up demonstrating and selling their art/crafts in our yard area. In addition, our nature center and gift shop will be open to the public, along with a variety of classes throughout both days (check our Facebook page for a full lineup of classes to be updated). Be sure to check out our kid’s area as well as visit our two food vendors who will be there! (No registration required)

Arkansas' First Ever Dark-Sky Festival

Tyler Bend - Buffalo National River

The Arkansas Natural Sky Association, along with various regional astronomy and environmental groups, are proud to host Arkansas’ first-ever Dark-Sky Festival! We’ll marvel at the last of the Summer Milky Way under the nearly natural skies of the Buffalo National River, the state's only designated International Dark-Sky Park.

Where? Tyler Bend Campground – St. Joe, AR

When? October 21st and 22nd

How Much? Free! But be sure and check out our Festival Store to find items to help you make the most of this experience.

North Little Rock Airshow

North Little Rock Municipal Airport

After a six-year hiatus, the North Little Rock Airshow will return to North Little Rock Municipal Airport at 8200 Remount Road with an additional show on Friday, October 21, 2022.

The North Little Rock Airshow features intense, entertaining aerial demonstrations by nationally recognized aerial acts as well as a jet truck, parachute team, military aircraft and equipment, scale model aircraft demonstrations, and more! A kid’s zone will include bounce houses and STEM projects and activities with the Arkansas Regional Innovation Hub and other local agencies.

Come celebrate 50 years of ministry with us! Over the course of three days we will be commemorating all God has done through the years!

Friday 7-9PM: "Silent Disco Night"
Come dressed up in your favorite decade 70s, 80s, 90s, or 2000s. Drinks will be provided but eat before! We'll have dancing, games, and prizes for the best dressed!

Saturday 11AM-1PM: "Picnic at the Church"
Ridgewood Brothers BBQ will be provided with all the fixings. We will have bouncy houses, yard games, and lots of fellowship!

Saturday 6-8PM: "Worshipping Through the Decades"
Come prepared to encounter the Father with praise and worship.

Sunday 10:30AM-12:30PM: "Captivated"
Much like our regular Sunday services we will have praise and worship followed by a message to close the weekend out.

Paint the Night Sky

Buffalo River Art Gallery

In conjunction with the Arkansas Dark Sky Festival, Buffalo River Art Gallery is hosting a "Paint the Night Sky" painting class.
Come learn to paint the night sky with us at Buffalo River Art Gallery. We will walk you through step by step, teach you tricks and help you create your Night Sky masterpiece. You will have the opportunity to use special glow-in-the-dark paint for an added "wow" effect.

Reservations are required for this class and the class size is limited. Everyone will leave with a completed 9x12 project.
Come join the fun on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at 11am. The class will be 1-1/2 hours long. The cost is $25 per person.

This is an outdoor event on the Brookstock stage so bring a lawn chair, ice chest, snacks, etc and come have a great time. You may bring a canopy with solar lighting if you wish.

There will be a Halloween Costume Contest so come in costume for a chance to be crowned Pumpkin King or Pumpkin Queen!

Check-in is as early as 4 pm and the band starts at 6 pm. Tickets are $15 each or $10 if you come in costume! You may pay at check-in.

You may bring a camper or tent - just know it is primitive although there will be porta potties. Let us know if you plan to camp.
