We are thrilled to present to you our Rookie of the Year for 2021, Mrs. Alisha Houston!!!

Alisha decided to become a realtor while also working full time as a Customer Service Rep at International Paper Company. She took the classes in her spare time and earned her real estate license in July of 2020. She is still working at IPC and although she is a busy, hard-working mother of three, she is killing it in the real estate industry!

In her very first year, Alisha did a total of 5 transactions and had a total sales volume of $570,750. In her next year, she had 17 transactions and hit a total sales volume of $2,453,500! She is just getting started and you can see why she was chosen as our Rookie of the Year!

Alisha is no doubt an asset to the Tabatha Davis Team and we are so proud of all that she has accomplished in her short time as a realtor. We are so excited to see how she grows in the future! She is going to be a leader in this industry because of her hard work and determination to succeed as well as her willingness to help others. This Mama has big goals and we do not doubt that she is going to reach them!

When asked how she felt about receiving this award, Alisha had this to say…”I am so excited because I worked hard this past year. I had many goals that I wanted to achieve and it couldn’t be done without putting in the work. I had clients that I worked with for almost a year, new clients from referrals, and new clients from other sources this past year. I had a lot of people needing me to help them find their forever home. I was able to complete several of my goals and help my family. I am big on challenges and 2021 brought many to my door. I never let those challenges stop me, I turned them into learning moments. My early years in real estate have given me many learning experiences that I can pass on to other realtors as well as future buyers and sellers. I look forward to having an even better year in 2022 and continuing to grow in the real estate field!”

Alisha would like to say thank you to her family and friends who supported her, helped her spread the word about her career, and of course her teammates for showing her the ropes!
