What to do this weekend??

If you’re still looking for something to do, we have a few suggestions both in-person and virtual, that you can enjoy with family and friends. Take a look at what’s happening This Weekend in the Arkansas River Valley! Please check ahead with the event venue to find out what precautions they are taking to maintain physical distancing.

Opening for Charlie will be The New Age Outlaws
The New Age Outlaws will Start Playing at 8pm Saturday evening.
Event starts Friday July 10th 10am and ends July 12th 5pm.
1000 plus acres of Atv and Utv riding! Mud, Look Offs, Trails, Lake, and Creek!
30$ a person to get in the gate, 12 and under free.
Camping is free, no hookups available.
Concert is Saturday night/evening. Yes you can just come to the concert its still 30$ a person.
We will have a food truck!

Do you like digging for fossils? Join us for an online event all about paleontology! Pittsburg Public Library is pleased to share a fun and educational video program from our partner, the KU Natural History Museum, all about Kansas fossils! This free program is open to all ages. IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Stock Cars, and Mod-Lites will share the night’s spotlight. Racing veteran, Ken Schrader will also be on hand to sign autographs for the 4th Annual Will McGary Tribute race. FIREWORKS SHOW! ADULT Admission $20 and kids $12.
Gates Open at 4:00 p.m. Races start at 7:30 p.m. Merchandise will be available at the Officer Will McGary Memorial Foundation booth. All proceeds benefit the mission of benefiting youth and law enforcement officers in central Arkansas.
