We are thrilled to introduce Tyler Brooke Garrett as the newest member of the Tabatha Davis Team! Tyler brings a wealth of enthusiasm, a passion for helping others, and a deep love for the Natural State to our office.

Tyler passed her real estate exam in July of this year, but her journey to becoming a realtor started long before that. At just 19 years old, she and her husband purchased their first home with a limited budget. That experience—feeling overlooked and not fully supported—ignited a fire in Tyler to help first-time homebuyers feel seen, heard, and valued throughout their journey. This desire to make a difference led her to pursue a career in real estate.

Before joining our team, Tyler worked in banking and as an Admissions Analyst at Arkansas Tech University. Her background in these fields has equipped her with valuable skills in finance and customer service, which she now brings to her real estate career. When asked why she chose the Tabatha Davis Team, Tyler shared that it was the mentorship and the strong sense of family within our office that truly set us apart from other brokers she met with. We’re so glad she felt at home with us!

As a realtor, Tyler is most excited about helping others achieve their goals while simultaneously achieving her own. She has a genuine passion for real estate and takes great joy in assisting clients in finding their perfect home. Tyler is also looking forward to building lasting relationships within our community and making a positive impact on those she serves.

Outside of work, Tyler is a devoted wife and mother. She and her husband have been married for 10 years and are the proud parents of a 7-year-old daughter and a 4-year-old son. Her family is her everything, and she loves being a mom. For fun, Tyler enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors—truly embracing all that the Natural State has to offer.
