So, whether you’re looking for a tried-and-true side dish or a show-stopping dessert, these recipes will make you the star of the potluck table.

Thanksgiving Green Bean Casserole

Classic Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh green beans (trimmed)

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1 1/3 cups crispy fried onions

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.

  • Mix crust ingredients and press into the pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.

  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin, eggs, vanilla, and spices. Pour over crust.

  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until set. Cool completely, then chill for at least 3 hours before slicing.
