As is the story with a few of our Agents, David Parks was inspired to get into the real estate industry after having Tabatha Davis as his realtor a few times. Each time he worked with her, he was impressed with her honesty and felt he could trust her advice. He says it may not have always been what he wanted to hear at times, but it was always honest and spelled out with options. She truly cared and that made all the difference in the world.

Like Tabatha, David loved to help people and decided to put that characteristic to use as an agent for the Tabatha Davis Team.

So in 2014, after 20 years of purchasing in the corporate industrial world, he earned his license, became a realtor, and began working part-time after work and on weekends.

David has a long family history in all types of construction and has always done it for a side hustle. He knew those skills were something he could use to help his clients make informed decisions about the biggest purchase of their lives. David says it is very satisfying to help clients find the perfect home to raise a family or help a client downsize for easier maintenance and convenience. He loves how every client and situation is different and makes each day unique.

His favorite part of being a realtor is meeting new people and showing them the different types of homes. He enjoys educating clients on the process of purchasing a home and helping to answer their questions or concerns.

As a realtor, he has enjoyed meeting people from all over the country and learning about the ways of life where they moved from. David and his family are native to this area and have been for generations.

He enjoys introducing these clients to the Arkansas River Valley and the great State of Arkansas. He loves how every day and every client is different, always keeping things interesting.

David has two sons, Brady, a senior & Mason, a sophomore. He likes to spend his free time with family and friends. He also enjoys hunting, driving to new places, traveling the US, woodworking, building, and attending antique vehicles and car shows. He also breeds and raises Mountain Feist Squirrel Dogs. He also served as Deputy Sheriff in Pope County for 5 years.

David would like to say thank you to Tabatha Davis and all of his past, current, and future clients for allowing him to help and guide them through the home-buying process.

He would like potential clients to know that he will always look out for your best interests.

If you find yourself in need of a realtor, give David a call. He will be happy to help!
